Today, I am pleased to share, “A Policy Framework for Online Learning in Ontario”, which details the rationale and need for a comprehensive policy framework and provides an outline of a possible framework. A Policy Framework for Online Learning in Ontario is a must to anchor our current and future dialogue, consideration of strategies and initiatives, as well as targeted investments, to not only improve and enhance our Ontario’s online learning system, but to also help it “leap ahead”. As you read this paper, please keep in mind it is based solely on my work as Special Advisor to the Minister and is intended as the starting point for a discussion.
