Jordan Smith is the Subject Coordinator for Technology, Innovation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) at the Anglophone East School District in New Brunswick. As an early contributor to the C21 Canada AI Use Case initiative, she began by aligning AI strategies with her district’s improvement goals. This work quickly evolved into a district-wide framework promoting student success, digital equity, and ethical AI use. Jordan developed a practical AI Stakeholder Guide that offers best practices, real-world examples, and a clear roadmap for implementation—helping inform professional learning, pilot projects, and policy across the district. Her leadership has positioned Anglophone East as a national leader in AI literacy and innovation in K–12 education. Under Superintendent Randolph J. MacLEAN’s #edleadership, and in collaboration with partners Pamela Pelletier, Katina Papulkas, Dennis Hofmann, Steven Dan, Gurudas Gandhi, Karen Yamada, Hanan Mousa, and Ramy Ghattas, Jordan continues to inspire educators across Canada to turn AI theory into impactful classroom practice.
